I go swimming there always very clean

Booked to use the swimming pool. Unfortunately when we arrived to use it the pool was too cold to be usable and we left immediately. Credit to them, they did fully refund us but when we've driven 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back for 5 minutes in the pool it's frustrating.

Just visited for the pool. You can hire out for private use. Brilliant idea for families.

We visited the indoor pool (didn't stay). Booked a private slot for my kids and I. It's suitably heated so the boys can swim all year 'round.

I visited for an afternoon of meditation and sound healing in preparation for the new year. We used the annex that is used for such sessions. It is a light room with a good atmosphere. The hotel is located in a lovely spot on the lane leading down to Cape Cornwall. Even in winter it feels quite special.

Thelma allowed us to use the stunning meditation room to celebrate our beloved friend who has recently passed. We were made to feel at home, nurtured and taken care of with teas and coffees. Beautiful tranquil manor house set on cape of Cornwall coast just west of carn Gloose and Balowols Barra. Stunng views well kept grounds.

A fantastic retreat centre, with a pool that can be heated to body temperature (very rare in the UK). I have hosted 2 events here and can highly recommend Thelma and Nigel, the welcoming owners for their food and caring help. Near to the sea, it is also eminently suitable for B+B.
