Went to badminton club, the group were welcoming and Simon on reception was attentive and friendly.

Friendly, welcoming community gym. I've been doing Body Blitz as I wanted to regain fitness after a nasty accident and vomitous pregnancy. I've gone from zero fitness to planking and pressing up with the best of them. I was given loads of alternative exercises when I started as starting full on would have been too much.
