Lovely small caravan park. Owners have a vast knowledge of the area which was extremely helpful.

We booked into Roselands caravan park for our holiday so we could easily visit my brother, the caravan was amazing and Craig and Kerry are really nice. The weather wasn't too good but we were nice and cozy in our caravan, the services available on the site (laundry etc) are perfect, unfortunately I only found out about the book swap on our last day but I'll definitely be using it the next time we are there. If you'll have us back we hope to be there in May next year 😁

OK now I can write a review, absolutely cracking place to stay quiet if you want that kind of thing. We did and it was bliss.dog friendly, caravan was comfortable, the site itself has about 25? Vans. All well looked after all clean. Yes I'm booking for next year. Owners very nice couple very helpful.

Lovely small site. Stopped off here for 2 nights in our motor home. Very friendly and helpful. 30min walk into St Just. Lovely location.

First experience of a caravan holiday - we enjoyed the location, hosts are really friendly and approachable, good price for the accommodation. Totally recommend!

Clean and tidy houses and a well maintained place. The owner was very helpful and giving us suggestions which beaches to go. Stayed here for a night with my family and we had a wonderful time and It was worth every penny we spent on this place. Definitely coming back.

Not stayed here but the static caravans are all nice and modern. There are facilities for motorhomes and camping as well. Also there are electric vehicle charging points. Sight is in a quiet location, easy to get to and only about 2 miles from St Just. Add another mile or so and you can join the stunning South west coast path.

Small, quiet family run site. Owners were incredibly helpful and the caravan we rented was the cleanest and most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. We only stayed two nights but would have stayed longer if there was availability. Would totally recommend and would come back anytime.

Camped here, supposed to be 10 nights but weather wasn't on our side! Great site though, owners absolutely fantastic, very helpful indeed. We were Camping, and toilet/shower block completely adequate, pot washing area fine. Used hoovers provided in tent too when kids walked grass through. Our youngest teen LOVED the pool table, great fun. Perfect site for us, just might come back in static caravan next time! Thanks Roselands ❤️

Nice place to stay. The rooms were neat and clean. Cooking was also easy due to the gas stoves. No heater issues. The location is amazing and it's within 20 mins drive to most of the major attractions in Cornwall
