The pharmacist’s manner of speaking to customers is extremely unprofessional. I witnessed elderly people being spoken to harshly and told off simply for being a couple of minutes late. This kind of treatment towards vulnerable people is unacceptable and very concerning to see in a healthcare setting.

I have nothing but a positive experience today..from my phone call to say that I was feeling unwell to seeing the gp..everyone at this surgery have treated me with kindness and understanding. I am now sat at home feeling reassured and can concentrate on getting better...thank you for your care today 🥰

First time I seen a very nice lady Dr here this afternoon, who was more than very attentive when it came to the diagnosis of a damaged muscle in my neck, very fastidious, thank you kindly for your help.

I absolutely love this surgery, the care and attention they provide is fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and they take your health seriously, and aim to resolve any issue you have. I feel very lucky to have them as my local surgery, thank you all for a fantastic service!

Very disappointed and dissolutioned since merger with alverton as you are never able to to speak directly to the staff at Cape surgery, just feel its a diversionary tactic to avoid giving a direct service, no confidence or faith in service now and will just call 111 if I have any medical concerns, will probably look to register with Pendeen surgery instead emerger, never

I can't say enough good things about this facility. From the people I spoke with on the phone, to the clinicians who saw me, to the administrators who helped with logistics, everyone was wonderfully caring and resourceful. I'm from out of town and the staff here turned what could have been a frightening and frustrating experience into something completely manageable. Health care at it's finest!
